Another young male was killed last night, June 16, in a gun-related homicide.
Reports reaching this media house suggest that Dwight ‘Mac 11’ Jacobs was gunned down some time before 11 p.m., in the vicinity of the Verchild’s Basketball Court.
Security Forces and Crime Scene Investigators met the victim already deceased, according to credible sources.
Jacobs was said to be around 37 years old and, according to previous Police records, and he was listed as being from the Buckley’s Estate community.
Police are continuing their investigation into this homicide.
Lawmen are also upgrading the CCTV network and increasing community Policing initiatives to address the recent upsurge in violent crimes.
