Law enforcement officials have thrown out a dragnet to capture five Cameroonian detainees, who unlawfully left a government facility, on April 26.
According to an all-points bulletin (APB) from the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force, the fve males are Carl Yuncho, Ayanga Foe Bernard, Nelson Mforghan, Njupickeh Valentine PechoKiah and Nicholas Santana Areche.
Residents are encouraged to share any information that may assist with the capture of the wanted men with the Police.
The APB also reminded the public that it is a criminal offence to harbour or assist any fugitive in any attempt to evade law enforcement.
It is not clear as to how the five men made their escape.
The escapees were among sixteen persons, 2 persons from Antigua and Barbuda and 14 persons from Cameroon, who were rescued by the St. Kitts and Nevis Coast Guard, on March 28, when a vessel sunk off the coast of St. Kitts.
