The panelists include Director-General of the OECS, Dr. Didacus Jules; Ambassador Larry Vaughan; Banking Consultant and OECS Integrationist, Mrs. Frances-Ann Satney; and St. Kitts National Youth Parliament (SKNYPA) Youth Representative, Mrs. Kara Daly-Ferdinand.
