Twenty-nine year old Jermaine Jules, of Grove Village St. Paul’s, lost his life last night, July 19, after he was shot multiple times about his body.
According to Police, Jules was riding his bicycle, sometime between 9 p.m. and 9: 30 p.m., when he was fired upon by an assailant. Jules was pronounced dead at the scene.
It has not yet been determined if there were multiple assailants.
Security officials have indicated that they are aggressively going through with investigations and updates will be provided, in short order.
St. Kitts and Nevis is experiencing an upsurge in gun related crimes and murders. Commissioner of Police James Sutton has given his assurance that his officers are working assiduously to bring arrest violent crimes and bring the perpetrators to justice.
