Alexis Hendrickson of Pond Hill, Nevis is the country’s latest homicide victim.
It is the second killing recorded on Nevis since the start of the year and the Federation’s 16th.
While the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) confirmed that the incident occurred early on Monday morning, details surrounding Hendrickson’s death were not disclosed.
SKN Source was reliably informed, however, that the 32-year-old man was gunned down. It has been alleged that he was approached by masked assailants who attacked him as he was leaving his home to go to work.
Photographs circulated on social media of emergency medical responders and police on the scene of the crime.
According to the RSCNPF, the investigation is now underway and relevant information will be disclosed in due course.
