The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) has renewed its appeal to the public for assistance in locating Phillip Jones, a 42-year-old murder suspect who remains at large despite being on the force’s radar since August 2024.

Phillip Jones, whose name and image have been public since October 2024, is wanted for questioning in connection with a murder investigation. The RSCNPF has once again issued a stern public warning, describing Jones as potentially armed and dangerous, and advising citizens not to approach him under any circumstances.
Jones is described as 6 feet tall, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was in Carty’s Pasture, Tabernacle, but his current whereabouts are unknown.
Authorities stress that it is a criminal offence to harbour, aid, or abet a person wanted by law enforcement. Individuals found assisting Jones could face serious legal repercussions.
Despite months of public awareness, police officials report that no one has yet come forward with information regarding Jones’s location. Expressing frustration at this silence, the RSCNPF stated, “St. Kitts-Nevis is too small, and our population too tight-knit, for everyone to be uninformed. Somebody knows where Phillip is. Somebody has seen him. Somebody is choosing to remain silent. That silence is not neutral.”
In an effort to intensify the search, the police have announced a reward of up to EC$10,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Phillip Jones. The RSCNPF is urging anyone with knowledge of Jones’s whereabouts to come forward and do the right thing.
Their appeal extended beyond law and order, calling on the community’s moral conscience: “To anyone holding Phillip’s secret, we urge you sincerely to reconsider your stance; not in fear, but out of compassion. We are not asking you to take sides; we are asking you to take a stand for justice. Say something if you see something. Each one, reach one.”
The police are encouraging members of the public to contact the Violent Crime Unit at 869-662-3468 or provide anonymous tips via Crime Stoppers at 707.
This renewed public call to action reinforces the RSCNPF’s commitment to pursuing justice and underscores the pivotal role of community involvement in solving violent crimes in St. Kitts and Nevis.
