The 2025 St. Kitts Music Festival has achieved a historic milestone, drawing more than 37,000 attendees over three nights and registering a 76% increase in attendance compared to 2024. The figures were disclosed by Minister of Tourism, Marsha Henderson, during a media briefing at the Cabinet press conference on 22nd July.

According to Minister Henderson, the opening night saw approximately 11,000 patrons, followed by nearly 16,000 on Friday and just under 10,000 on Saturday. “We were able this year to scan tickets to give us a more accurate account of patrons. We did have some glitches, but this gave us better data than ever before,” she stated.
The significant surge in turnout has been attributed to a combination of expanded marketing efforts, strategic partnerships, and the increasing global profile of St. Kitts as a music and cultural tourism destination. The annual festival, which continues to cement its place among the Caribbean’s most anticipated events, featured a diverse line-up of regional and international performers across multiple genres.
Minister Henderson noted that an official economic impact assessment is currently underway, with the Ministry of Tourism expected to release the findings by late August. The report will evaluate the festival’s overall contribution to the economy, including revenue generated for the hospitality industry, local businesses, and vendors.
“This year’s success reflects the hard work and collaboration of our volunteers, production teams, corporate sponsors, and tourism stakeholders,” Henderson said, expressing gratitude to all who contributed to the event’s execution. “The St. Kitts Music Festival is more than entertainment—it’s an economic and cultural powerhouse.”
Organisers are already looking ahead to 2026, with the goal of further enhancing the festival’s reputation, broadening its appeal, and ensuring an even more seamless visitor experience.
