The police rifle range at Baker’s Point in Conaree will be active on Thursday, 15th January, 2026 and Friday, 16th January, 2026, between 6am and 4pm.
During this period, residents of Keys and Conaree, particularly those with livestock, are advised to keep animals away from the area.
Members of the public are also advised that the beach in the immediate vicinity of the range will be closed while training is underway.
The activity forms part of scheduled police training exercises, with the measures put in place to ensure public safety.
