January 2026 Voters’ List Published and Available Online

The January 2026 voters’ list has been officially published and is now available to the public on the website of the Attorney General’s Office and Ministry of Justice & Legal Affairs at legal.gov.kn.

Officials have confirmed that the publication of the monthly voters’ list proceeds as scheduled and is not affected by the recent disclosure of unauthorised remote access to the Electoral Office’s computer systems, which remains under active investigation.

The Office of the Supervisor of Elections has reiterated that preliminary assessments confirm the voters’ register and electoral lists were not compromised, altered, or corrupted. Authorities have further confirmed that the normal operations of the Electoral Office continue uninterrupted.

Voter registration, the distribution of voter identification cards, and all other electoral processes remain fully functional. The Electoral Office remains open to the public and continues to deliver services as usual.

The investigation into the unauthorised access is being conducted with the support of the Information Technology Department and the White-Collar Crime Unit of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force.

Members of the public are encouraged to review the January 2026 voters’ list online and to contact the Electoral Office directly should they require clarification or assistance.
