The Government of St. Kitts and Nevis has extended congratulations to Prime Minister Mia Mottley and the Barbados Labour Party following their decisive election victory.
Prime Minister Dr. Terrance Drew said the outcome reflects the confidence of the Barbadian people in Prime Minister Mottley’s leadership and the direction she has set for the country.
Mottley’s Barbados Labour Party secured all 30 seats in the House of Assembly, earning a third consecutive term in office.
Dr. Drew commended her continued commitment to national development in Barbados, as well as her leadership within CARICOM. He noted that St. Kitts and Nevis looks forward to strengthening the close relationship between the two countries and deepening collaboration on shared regional priorities.
The Prime Minister also extended best wishes to Mottley as she begins her new term, expressing confidence in continued partnership for the advancement of the Caribbean Community.
