Police are continuing their investigations into a motor accident that resulted in Elston “Lox Man” Samuel tragically losing his life. The fatal accident occurred between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. this morning, June 12.
Initial investigations reveal that the deceased young man, in his thirties, was driving motor omni-van PA-2819, heading toward the Bird Rock area when he collided with the perimeter fence of the Basseterre Fisheries Complex. Unfortunately, Samuel succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
Samuel was actively involved with a popular entertainment system and was sometimes the DJ at several functions.
