Basseterre, St. Kitts (SKN SOURCE) — A $1,000 payment from the proceeds of the Citizenship By Investment Programme (CBI) will be made to active workers and pensioners in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
In addition to previous announcements regarding electricity, water, and housing, Prime Minister and Minister with responsibility for the CBI, Hon. Dr. Terrance Drew, made this one on Monday, September 18, 2023, during a National Assembly session.
All those who have paid 26 payments, or six to seven months, to the Social Security Fund will be eligible for benefits, which will be handled by the St. Christopher and Nevis Social Security Board. There is no need to register.
The Social Security Board will soon offer more information on the payment schedule.
